Monogrammed G.E. In a faded red embroidery thread

Below bib are two inverted pleats

Long sleeve pleated at cuff which has a single button, gusseted underarms

Back is gathered at collar

Simple loose silhouette 

No side seam on left, side seam on right with a slit

Fabric cut straight across at bottom with no sewn hem
