Antique Victorian As-Is black silk and chiffon blouse

The neckline is adjustable with and internal ribbon that pulls to gather the neck. (See pic)
The neckline is trimmed in chiffon ruffle and silk roses
Bodice is gathered and pleated to give the blouse a blousy fit
Ruffle yoke
Down front of blouse are two columns of ruffle ending in a large rose each with four dangling rose buds (see detail pic)
Satin ribbon waist hem
There is a black chiffon “cummerbund” that flows around the waist from the back where it attaches to the blouse. This gives the effect of a sash that visually extends the length of the blouse
Gathered elbow length sleeves with two rows of ruffles and fabric roses around armhole
Opens in back and clothes with hook and eyes
Built in stays (see pic)
Outside of blouse silk chiffon, lining black silk

Great piece for a collection and/or to study. It could be worn for special occasions with some mending

This blouse is being sold As-Is and am listing as many of the major issues I could spot
*interior neckline discoloration of fabric, did try to launder because thought it might be makeup but that was not the case. Maybe bleach or sun bleaching (see pic)
* missing 5 eyes
* Part of left side seam coming undone
* Some stays breaking through silk (see pic)
* some random pinholes
* tear in both layers of fabric lower left side (see pic)
