Vintage Victorian white cotton net and lace blouse with long sleeves and a very large flouncy ruffle coming off a crochet placard down the front.

The net has pintucks creating a ribbon effect
The sleeves each have two functioning buttons and a small trim of lace.
The waist is gathered to create a ruffle around and is backed with ribbon.
The whole blouse is lined with net.
The blouse buttons down the back with a covered placard to hide the buttons. Single hook and eye at waist.
Simple crew neck.
Fitted at waist.
